Kinda happy about maintaining, because I'm at the low-end of my maintenance weight from before. I worked out one day last week - weightlifting on Monday. I was busy with computer work, so I was pretty sedentary the rest of the week. Got interested in starting a new business, which is exciting! But I still need to get my walks in, because I don't feel great right now. Walking rejuvenates me. Onward and upward! I hope everyone else is doing good on the weight loss front. Have a great weekend!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you so much! You put a smile on my face :) You'll get there. It took me over 1 1/2 years to get here from 270 lbs, but I did it. You can do it too! I'm rooting you on :)

I'm honored, Cjsong. I don't know if anyone has ever said that I'm inspiring. Thank you :) As far as the long haul, if you think about it, why put the effort in now if we're not going to maintain the weight loss down the road? It's easy to get caught up in weight loss and just trying to get the weight off, but for lasting results, a change of lifestyle is needed. Make changes that you can stick with for the long haul :)

It's nice when you can maintain even if you don't get your exercise in. Great job! But I know what you mean about getting the exercise. I always sleep so much better.

Skwhite, I actually lose weight when I don't exercise and eat a little less due to less burned calories. Exercising, now that I'm close to my goal weight, makes me maintain, or even gain a little. I think because my muscles retain water easily. Thanks for your comment and encouragement.
