ChristyLA's Journal, 08 March 2014

I was hoping for more of a loss, but considering that I overate one day and significantly underate at least two days, was very stressed for at least one day, and resumed working out after 2.5 weeks yesterday, I'm happy I lost weight and I'll take any loss :)

I'm looking forward to giving it my best (again) this coming week. It's like a challenge, trying to adhere to the guidelines I set for myself, which makes the process interesting. I continue to challenge myself to do better each week, because there's usually room for improvement ;)

Have a great weekend!

Well if you only a few pounds left to lose, half a pound is like 10 pounds for someone with 100 pounds to lose. You don't have much fat left, so it may come off in small increments. Either way, you lost, great job!

Thank you :) I'm planning on lowering my goal weight (if I reach my current one), so I'm hoping to continue to lose at a steady pace :)
