Feeling good !!!

The new weight dropped me to 28 daily PointsPlus; 29 was difficult and I went over some each day this week, but did increase my fats while TRYING to decrease the carbs....not easy. Now 28...UGH!! Oh, well. I'LL MAKE IT WORK :)

I'm also trying to add more fiber so the net carbs are less. The weight really dropped in the last two days out of the week's interval.

I did decide to join Curves and paid my fee today (they take an enrollment fee plus the first month, then each month after that is debited from my checking account). I worked the normal circuit but did not try the Jillian Michaels exercises yet. The video was playing and those exercises look very challenging. I want to get in the groove first then I will try them, in 1-2 weeks after I build some strength in my arms and legs.

Still looking to lose 1 pound a week as I build muscle, and will not get discouraged if I do not see that number. Got to build muscle and burn fat.

Smart move on the gym - got to keep it fun, not discouraging. Heard Jillian is a real B!%#$

I find I lose more weight on weeks I eat more fiber for sure...on weeks I eat some more beans instead of meat for 2-3 meals, I drop more weight and my blood sugar stays more level!

Don't forget you have the 49pts to use if you want. If you go over a couple of days, they will cover it.

Last week I used all my 10 earned Activity Points (did not do well with walking and earning like I should have) and 4 of my 49 weekly. In comparison with the good workout and how busy I've been at work today, plus walking, I've earned 8 points today alone. I'm working all weekend so I'll be active; now that I have the Curves membership I'll add to that on my days off and when I can get a workout in either before or after work. I've committed to 3 a week and will try to do 4. Next workout will be Monday AM. I've got my printout of my food from WW and have to go now and catch up the FS food diary, then get to bed since I've got to be up and at 'em again early tomorrow.

I do Jillian Michaels DVD's at home and they are challenging, but they also work. Don't let them intimidate you. Just give one a try, only do what you can. If your arms can only do one pushup, that is one you didn't do yesterday! Good Luck!

Yes, I definitely want to try, I just want to build a little more strength so I don't get hurt. I also attached my activity monitor again today and found I actually earned 10 points instead of 8, so that was a good feeling :) that's huge for me, when some days I earn 0 or 1. I set an Active Link challenge on the system to earn a minimum of 4 points a day.
