Frank fluctuated up a pound over the weekend ... annoying but not tragic!! I'm excited that maybe I might see under 200 by my birthday on April 15th!!! Had a great weekend ... now it's back to work!! I hope this finds all my friends feeling well and being kind to themselves!! Take Care!!
201.8 lb Lost so far: 57.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you ... I LOVE my elliptical!! I distract myself with entertainment ... I know I MUST continue .... it is what works for me!!
