I am 28 years old. I am married and the mother of 4 beautiful girls. I have PCOS, which makes it incredibly difficult to lose any weight at all. Drs recommend the gastric bypass as being my only option, except im not fat enough now and i dont want to do it. I believe that i can lose weight if i find good food my body can handle unfortunately my body cant handle carbs which is my biggest craving. this time i am going to try to lose the weight once and for all.

I changed diets and it changed my start weight. Actual start weight 254lbs.

Why isthere no change in my weight?
Looking at your journal if you are keeping accurate track doesnt look like you are eating enough. You actually are not suppose to go below 1200 and for your weight you should be eating much much more. I am 5'5 and I want to weigh 150 and I am 161 now and I should have 1500-2100 cals a day. There is a website you can go to to find out. Last week I was eating 1300-1400 calories and did not lose at all. This week I upped my calories and have lost about a pound a day most of the week.
