The heaviest I have been was 230 in the beginning of August. I still have a long way to go to be healthy and not obese.

My body has changed so very much even if the scale is not in my favor. I have already got rid of my first "round" of jeans to go to my next box of old skinny jeans waiting for me. Those will be my fat pants soon and I have one more box of skinny jeans waiting for me after that.

I will hold myself accountable and I will do well!

I gain, lose, gain lose: story of my life. I just switched diets: SBD August 22nd. I look forward to starting this new journey.

My goal is simply to be comfortable in my own skin. I want to be photographed again and enjoy the photos. I want to enjoy having my stomach touched. I want to see a difference when I look in the mirror.
I have been dieting long enough to know that I need to write down everything and I need to enjoy the process. I also know that the scale does not show inches lost and I have lost a lot of them....

Here is to becoming healthy.

30 DAY SHRED BY JILLIAN MICHAELS ... DOES IT WORK?
I agree with DKling. When I started doing 30 day S, I was already treadmilling for 90 min a day and doing other workouts. Jillian knows how to target muscles you have not been using. The moves are very simple but the pace is something you might need to get use to. Good luck and have fun. I know my scale did not change with J 30 day but I did go from a size 18 to a size 12: reward in itself

not a stupid question: but I believe it. I actually brought my big pink exercise ball to my desk job to sit on. Of course, I still have my reg office chair. But... you can't go wrong having the ball to remind you not to slack off! Also, you can do crunches easy. I got some attitude at first but... I don't care. I am the one saving my butt... body.

Calories differ from this web site to a restaurants menu
I recommend using calories provided by the menu from the company. It is my understanding that the calories here are generally a guide provided by other members who have entered the information and "shared" with others.

New mother!
I delivered at 212! After delivery I did not exercise or anything. I recommend working out after delivery... I just wish someone told me to do so back then!
