1.2 kg, pretty good. 2 long walks in spite of it being really cold & windy + doing "something every day" :). Need to fit my walks in on Monday/Tuesday, that way I might have time for more. Def. not ready for any abs challenges, maybe later.
231.5 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 55.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
