Eating well, working out like a maniac. Wonding why the scale isn't budging?
183.2 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 38.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

From what i understand, some people have problems losing sometimes with Atkins bars. It halts their progress. Are you taking in too many calories? Are you drinking enough water? (That can be very important on Atkins). Are your clothes feeling more loose? Sometimes we lose fat but stay the same on the scale. You might trying going back to the start on Akins and making sure you are taking in the correct foods. Good luck!

Just looking at your diet calendar, you are taking in way to many carbs. What Atkins are you following and what Stage are you on?

Hi MJGH06! Thankss for checking my journal! I'm on Ongoing Weight Loss. WHat a wakeup call. I'm addicted to POPCORN! I eat it like twice a week.

Hi SUZI161! Thanks for responding to my journal! I follow a BMR reginem, and often onder if I eat ENOUGH. My BMR is about 1960 with a 500 Kcal deficit. I think you might be right about the bars, too. The Atkins program specicifically states that calorie in calorie out is not correct, but I do monitor it. I drink about 64OZ of water per day. I'm also lactose intolerant, so I can't eat cheese or dairy to get good fat or calories. I tolerate bars well because they are processed.
