GOOD MORNING to all of my lovely, wonderful, BEAUTIFUL, health-minded Fat Secret Peoples!

Okay I am soooo sorry guys and gals. Thank you for the notes of concern. I have been sick the last week and before that I simply lost focus and gained. I was lurking but not posting anything and I know that is not the right way to go.

I will be out of town today and tomorrow but hopefully I will be feeling better enough (yes I am still sick) to refocus on Sunday/Monday.

Old Man Scale: Whiel he gave me whatfor in my hiatus today he seems to be kind but that may well be the fact that i have not been eating very much during this head cold...

Floor Goal: Back to 235, Midrange: 230, Ceiling: 225

2009 Goals - Floor: Down 65 to 177 (College Freshman weight), Mid-range: 75lbs lost to 167 (HS Weight) & Ceiling Goal: Weigh in at 150 (92 lost) Don't remember when!

238.5 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
