Got a Day 1 TOM whoosh, which means that the extra weight yesterday was probably unrelated to the wine and cupcakes over the weekend. So, I've finally reached my mini-goal of 145 lbs, albeit 2-1/2 weeks later than I had hoped.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
