Monday morning and another pound lost! I have it going on now. Traveling was just a minor challenge. I am going home today with a big smile on my face. I hope my scale concurs with my sister's scale, but I am pretty sure it will. To all of my buddies, I will check in on you soon.
185.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
