I have been really hungry all day. I am still hanging in there with only 1100 calories. What I need is a good loss to keep me motivated.

Today I really cracked down on what I had to eat. I am trying to cook healthier for me and my hubby. I really miss going out to eat😐I don’t like to cook, but my hubby is having trouble with his feet and I have sciatic nerve pain in my right hip and leg so we are stuck here at home.

It is hard work but I am determined
to stay with it until my clothes fit again😩. I have no energy and today when i took a shower I could hardly stand long enough to wash myself off. I am considering getting a shower chair.
