performance: losing 1.5 lb a week
I am going with the one meal a day plan. Allowing my body the other 23 hours to digest, cleanse and heal. I have been doing this for a few days with great results. I find this giving me a way of looking at food in a different way. Right now I feel like I have more control. When my taste buds are asleep all day I do not crave food. I am grateful for coming across this method because it is working for me.
This is not for everyone and I understand that, but it is working well with me. Good Luck to Everyone. May you find what works for you in keeping you in control of your eating. My goal is to try for 10,000 steps a day. I think walking is one of the healthy ways of releasing the weight. Namaste!
