Running every day now. SO awesome to be back in shape!
152.2 lb Lost so far: 6.7 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yay! I can't wait till I get to a point where I feel in shape and run/walk everyday! Keep up the awesome work! :D

You'll get there!!! Just keep at it :) A few months ago I could barely walk/run for 5-10 min but now I can run for 20-30 and still be working hard but it definitely feels better! Stay after it, you can do it :)
