I have never considered myself a skinny mini girl. In fact in high school I was always about 20 pounds over what I think is a healthy weight for me. However when I graduated and went to college it got worse because I really slacked off of on exercise since I had no sport commitments. So I started extreme dieting, and it would work for a few months. But then when I lost a good amount of weight I would start having cheat days that turned into cheat months. I ended up back where I started if not worse. I became the typical yo-yo dieter. Now I'm about 50 pounds overweight and I really just don't feel that great most of the time.
I will be graduating college in May of 2014 with a Bachelors in Mathematics, and I would really like to start that whole new chapter in my life feeling better and healthy.
