GOOD MORNING to all of my lovely, wonderful, BEAUTIFUL, health-minded Fat Secret Peoples!

Almost within my calorie guide yesterday. Still not as healthy as I could be but lunch and dinner were certainly steps int he right directions. Still went a little too snack/chocolate crazy, though.

Old Man Scale: Well I musta drank enough water or SOMETHING. Down another lb and I am certainly not complaining ;) This time I will make it stick and head back into the 230s and STAY there! (Well at least until I hit the 220s, that is!)

No new word on my family. I think I am going to buy my Teta a card and write to her and have Mom read/show it to her. I check in on her almost daily by phone or internet chat but this would be nice as she cannot receive packages in the ICU. I left a message checking on my MIL last night, but I will need to check with Dave and/or his sister, today for an update. It seems hard getting info, though so I may have to stop in and see her as soon as I get the chance.


January Goals:
Ceiling: 10lbs to 230, Floor goal: 5 more lbs (235)
Next Mini: 235! 5.5lbs more!

(actually if I sorta reset/restart right now I could still hit my floor gaol for January. I am gonna go for it!)

Goal by my birthday, March 15th: weigh in @ 220.


Calories: 1500 - 1800
1800 - 2000 more calories used than eaten
Veggie/fruit/legume goal: 4 cups a day

Exercise goal: /200
Mon: 0
Tues: 0

Thurs: 60 mins yoga

Sat: 60 mins yoga
Sun: 45 min walk

2009 Goals - Floor: Down 65 to 177 (College Freshman weight), Mid-range: 75lbs lost to 167 (HS Weight) & Ceiling Goal: Weigh in at 150 (92 lost) Don't remmeber when!
240.5 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job on the loss and getting back on track. I hope your family gets better. I'm going through that too with my dad. Let's both try not to stress eat.

Yippee! Glad Old Man Scale rewarded your good behaviour! That's a great idea to write a card for your Teta. I'm sure she would appreciate that.
