Maybe I shouldn't weigh myself everyday... up and down up and down up and down... but... I can't help myself. I am not to worried about it, yesterday I did pretty good... under my points for the day plus I worked out so perhaps it is just a fluke.

Holy Cow! My arms are sore today from working out yesterday. I will be taking a break from working out today!

I totally hear you about weight in every day - I try not to as well, but its hard! One trick I've used is to put the scale in the closet until Monday morning (or whatever day you weight in) - if you don't see it sitting there, you don't think about it. Good luck - your doing great!

That is a good idea. My husband doesn't have the urge to weigh everyday... he he... I weigh when I get up and when I go to bed, isn't that terrible??!!! I like the idea of putting it away! Thanks~

I don't think it is so bad to weigh yourself everyday as long as you put it in perspective and realize that your body changes based on a ton of factors. So if you do choose to weigh your self make sure the radio in your head is tuned to the right station!
