I'm redoing my entire bio since I just put in a new goal weight.
I changed my goal weight from 130 to 127 because WW says that 127 is the healthy weight for my age. That means I have (as of 6/30/08) exactly 50 pounds to go! Right now I'm doing my best after falling off the wagon for about a month. I'm back to eating right, and getting on the treadmill once a day, every day, for 45 minutes. I'm up to almost 3 miles!!
What started me on this dieting thing is our trip to Disney with our beautiful girls this December. I said it once, and I'll say it again, I refuse to be fatter than Mickey Mouse when we go!!! I don't need to be a size 2 (thought that would be really nice), I just want to feel good about myself again.
Other than the whole diet and exercise thing, I'm a married mother of two beautiful girls living on the Jersey Shore. My husband is a pharmacist, and I'm a SAHM with an event planning company.
