Day 3, Week 2 Holiday Cruise to Lose!


Good Morning morning all you lovely, wonderful, BEAUTIFUL, health minded Fat Secret Peoples!


So today marks a new week., I somehow in the haze of being away from home and traveling misplaced the first two days of Week 2 on the Holiday Cruise to Lose ;) So today starts my week. I will exercise daily, deliberately to help out my team, and most of all myself this week; I need to be back on track and maybe a little tougher on myself this week to help make up for last weeks excesses. No guilt, just a sense of responsibility to myself, my health and my new better me!

It was a an awesome time with my parents and my brothers family and my grandmother. Had some quieter time with my parents and Grandmother on Saturday and the drive home yesterday was not TOO crazy since we left so early (wound up being 8:30 instead of 8 but we stil made pretty good time!)

Old Man Scale: Well, I did not visit Ms scale TOO often while I was away but the last time I did she said I was up 2....So Old Man Scale is being pretty kind to me this morning, I think. Only up 1 for the whole week-end (so including the 1/2 lb for Turkey day that is pretty amazing :)). I am going to record it and then work this week to muscle down to the 240 holiday maintenance goal by the end of the week :)


Holiday Challenges Goals:
Floor goal: Maintain at 240 (It IS the holidays) 1.5 form now
Midrange goal: lose 6.5 to 235
Ceiling goal: 230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching and 11.5 from now!

Next Mini: 240 (1.5 lbs from now, WEEEEE) then on down, down down! (My bar should go orange sometime VERY soon, now!)

Something tells me you are going to kick it into high gear and "make up for lost time" on the holiday Cruise! Say! There is a big ad for a madrigal dinner at our nearby community college. I have never attended one of those but seeing the ad reminds me of you and your Renaissance pastimes. Since I teach English I enjoy many things Shakespearean -- like Simavision! Take care!
