Day 73 (Week 11): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR UST
Week 5 Cruise to Lose!

Good morning ladies and gents!!!! Calm waters and a brisk wind in your sails to all of you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples!!!!!!!!!!


So I ate too little for my comfort yesterday. But I am learning from Dawn about listening to my body. I did not exercise so I did not NEED a lot of extra calories. I do not want to hit starvation mode, so today I am going to aim for literally just under 1500 or right on it. I might graze that limbo pole just a bit :)

Tonight I am going to be busy and doing until 9:30 so I will try and get at least 30 minutes in but we shall see since I am up so early :)

Old Man Scale: Imluuvd, I missed you, you did not dance with me, yesterday!! :)Old man scale is still being a good sport this morning. Everyone pat him on the display! LOL Sometimes I crack myself up :) I am up two lbs but still at the mini goal and I am dead certain it is because I did not drink enough water yesterday. I do that on the week-end a lot. I am just more structured at work.

Floor Goal: 250 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 17 down from when I first started watching in August.

Mid-range: 245 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 18lbs from challeneg start, 21.5 from my August start! Finally blew this outta the water for good!
Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. 8 from now. Still a s..t...r...e...t...c...h but soo VERY doable :) So I am stretching for all I am worth!
Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching. (I have got a plan for the holidays! For once in my life I will NOT gain weight, I will LOSE!!!)

Next Mini: 240 then on down, down down!

I mentally, patted your scale on the display!! He'll keep being good to you. How can he help it, as hard as you work? If your scale is anything like mine, he probably sighs and says, Oh Thank God, she's getting lighter and not killing me. My scale used to cry when I got on it. Now, it just whines. :-)

its good to listen to your body...your body knos better then you when its still hungry or when it needs a break from exercise...when most people start on this journey, they dont listen to ther bodies, and sometimes they over exercise, or under eat tryin to do the right things...just a matter of listening to your body and going from ther....

It is a good feeling when you "listen" to your body and it says, "I am NOT hungry. You do NOT have to feed me now." That message is what I heard yesterday -- mainly because of the kinds of foods I ate and the abundance of water I drank. I did not even need the snack of wheat Thin crackers and Laughing Cow cheese. Don't worry about tapping the limbo pole! That tapping makes the competition FUN for all of us on-lookers!
