No exercise and uncontrolled eating makes the pounds re-appear! This is what I get for having a bicycle that keeps throwing spokes from the back wheel, rendering it unridable. Also what I get for eating what I normally do when I get my riding in during the day - which is too much if I'm not riding!
Well, I have a solution for that now! I have ordered a new bike which is due to arrive (if interested in seeing it, go here:)
