I am 35 year old mother of 3 , wife, and teacher . Never really had a weight problem growing up I believe because I stayed so active. I swam competitively for 13 years. After I stopped swimming I coached swimming for 6 years up until I had my son. I gained 73 lbs. (YES YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY!) when I was pregnant with him. I did Weight Watchers to get that off and pretty much lost it by his 1st birthday. A year later I was divorced and of course did the "Divorce Diet" as the famous Terry Bradshaw calls it. Where you are so stressed the weight just fell off! I was the skinniest I can ever remember myself at 126. I married again in May of 2003 at about 130 lbs. Since then I have had two more children and gained around 50 pounds with each of them. I guess I really like to eat when I am pregnant!:) So needless to say we are busy people around our house with kids, work, family and church activities it is hard to make time for myself and to take care of me. I have used Weight Watchers to get the weight off from those pregnancies and I have gone back and forth with losing and gaining the same ten pounds for the last year. I would love to get back down to 130. My baby is 2 so I can't use the term Baby Weight anymore. This website seems like a great place to be.
