Successfully made it through Easter without going crazy on the food. It was hard at moments, but I maintained my force of will and said no to myself. That is a win. I also did not DENY myself anything much really, just said no to dessert, ate small portions, skipped the snacks, and ate moderately.
No migraines.
However, slight feeling of a migraine yesterday. The same today, not even a full on headache, just the feeling that one MIGHT rear its ugly head. Also I forgot my sister had cats. I was fine for a while, but it was definitely time to go when we left. My face was itching and my eyes were not in great shape. I came home, took a couple puffs on my inhaler, washed my hands and took my meds and I was ok, but feeling slightly more rough today and I think that might be because of that and TOM coming on.
This is definitely an OFF day for me. Gonna try and get myself straight tonight.
