Recording again tonight, instead of in the morning, so there is plenty of time in the morning for writing and other things. Today was fine. A few annoyances, but all in all not as bad as it COULD have been. Forgot my purse at work though, and my medicine in it! I have my scrip bottles here but as two of my bottles were needing refills this week (the two I needed to take) and I had no extra Relpax pills here. It was a bit of a problem. I was able to get a hold of the pharmacy before they closed though and get my scrips filled OK, so I went and picked them up and took them and am doing fine. Wasn't planning on going out for that tonight, but at least it is done now, and I should be okay for another month. Good thing too, because I had a slight migraine coming on. I've taken my Relpax now and plan on heading to bed soon.

I didn't get a chance to exercise today, but I fully intend to get back on that tomorrow. I wish I would have today, but things just did not work out.

A migraine today, took Relpax for it (about 7:30-8:00 PM is when it started coming on.

Did not wear my contacts today. Tomorrow I am making turkey and will be my first day without chai or caffeine in a while. We'll see how that goes. That's all for tonight!
