Day 41 (Week 6): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST

Good morning, Good Morning!!! I hope all is well with all of you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples!

Soreness is much milder today. But getting up on that Wii Fit to do some balance games last night was not easy to get up and do, but once there I did 25 minutes instead of the minimum 10 I told myself I HAD to do :)

Old Man Scale was flirty again this morning. He has been really good to me on this new journey, I must say. Looks like I am fairly permanently planted in the 240s! Yay!!! Now onward!

I want to thank everyone here at FS. As so many others have said, this site really is the "missing link" for all those other times I have tried to go on this journey before and faltered. It some how finally truly triggered the switch in my mind. I don;t find myself craving those shakes anymore. I find myself doing SOME movement even when I don't want to. I am full and satisfied. Part of it is due all the healthy things I have learned in SBD so I had that in place already, BUT so much of it really is the inspiration and motivation I receive here! THANK YOU!!!! Tracking my food and movement on a daily basis keeps me totally focused. I have never before had splurge days where I just got right back up on the next day....always before i would go out to eat or to a party and that one splurge day would turn into 3 weeks and a gain. Here I have turned around hopped back on and turned it into a net LOSS! How amazing is that? My husband and I are both eating healthy and saving money on food too! So again thanks for all of your support both silent and typed out!!

Floor Goal: 250 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 17 down from when I first started watching in August.

hi! I have wondered about the Wii Fit, it looks interesting and fun and you mentioning a balance game makes it even more interesting to me. Good for you for making yourself begin last night and yay on the 25 minutes.

You're doing great, Sima! Loving your transformation! It's like watching a butterfly! Good for you! Keep it up! Great job on 25 min on the Wii.

hmmm I just looked at my exercize and falling asleep at 9PM last night is hurting me a little in the calorie dept. I may have to do Aerobic for at least 30 minutes tonight on the Wii Fit. (I like the Hula Hoop and Step games a lot though so this should not be too hard.)

I know exactly what you mean about staying on track with FS. It has worked the same for me. I have never reached a goal like this and it feels like its a forever thing.
