Day 40 (Week 6): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST

Good morning all you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples!

I would probably bounce this morning except I am sore all over. In a good way but yowzer! (still true weeee....elliptical kicked my butt yesterday!)

As sore as I am, I plan on only doing my minimum 10 mins of balance games on the Wii Fit tonight.

Old Man Scale was ajust odd this morning. I got a lot of different readings but the last one was holding steady at my low of 249.5 and since i so desperately want to stay in the 240s I will take it, LOL
It does not normally vary quite that much :)

Sorry short journal today but I am going to be late! I will visit more in my free moments at work!


Floor Goal: 250 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 17 down from when I first started watching in August.

Mid-range: 245 Weigh in at 245 for Thanksgiving with my folks, which is 18lbs from the beginning of the challenge. 21.5 from when I first started and 4.5 from now. The goal date is now officially Nov. 1st
Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. If my averages keep up, this should be no problem. It is a bit of a stretch, but that is what a ceiling goal is all about. :) 28 from challenge start, 15.5 from now and 31.5 from when I first started watching.
Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching.

1st things first 245 then 240 then on down, down down!

Looks like you are on the right track for your 10 to 30 by november! I love the Wii Fit....although haven't been on it in a bit now...I'm sure the little buddy will be very excited to see me when I turn him on! Makes me feel guilty when I haven't been on in a while! All you Wii Fitters know what i'm talking about! heheh Keep up the great work. =)

I am actually REALLY enjoying it. I go into more detail on my journals for the last few days, but here is a synopsis. You can jounrnal other exercize 9which I have not done) the stregth training and aerobics are actually qute rigoprous (at least for me and I have been going to the gym) the balnce is GREAT for posture...I have not played witht he yoga yet. But all are challeneging. It graphs your weight and will test your BMI as well. You earn credits which can unlcok new exerizes in all the categpories. It's great for incremental steps.

Yeah he will be happy to seem e tonigth since I skipped yesterday to go to the gym.

Aww, the little wiiii misses you. Could your scale need a new battery? Maybe that's what's causing the weirdness?

You are doing so great! :) I'd take the lowest too. ;) I love that sore, "I've been working out" feeling. It's "good pain"! LOL. I'd love to have a Wii, but it's not in our budget right now. Keep up the good work!

We had the Wii already and Mom got the Wii Fit as an early Christmas Present. So while it was no tin the budget I found a way LOL
