Weight stayed the same today. Cut back on the tea a bit today, starting that plan. No problems with hunger much today, but I was awakened extra early and could not get back to sleep. Extra tired today. Can barely keep my eyes open at the moment actually. Looking forward to SLEEP.

No problems with food. A bit of indigestion, but otherwise satisfied with everything and not particularly hungry.

No migraines.

Wore my contacts all day again without incident. Everything seems fine.

Not much else to say tonight. Just tired and ready for sleep.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
