Day 17 (Week 3): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST

1/3 of the way through week three!

Once again I could not resist Old Man Scales charms! He rewarded me with another 1/2lb down this morning!! 1 more lb to 255!!! I could have this by the end of the week!

I woke up with a renewed sense of commitment to a daily walk. This week I will start walking at LEAST 15 minutes, at LEAST 5 days a week. With Yoga on Thursday that could be at least 15 minutes of deliberate exercise 6 days a week! What a great place to start!

I have been doing well with my food choices and I eat when I am hungry which is a good thing. My caloric intake and caloric deficit goals are fabulous. I am not depriving myself (heck I had 3 cookies yesterday!) and I am still going down. This barely feels like watching except maybe lunch, but even then I am typically full and satisfied. It's just I would not normally choose a Lean Cuisine, per se, but that is not everyday and so far I have picked tasty and filling ones. The hardest thing I am finding as I am paying attention and recording every little thing is not goign too LOW on calories, how weird is that?

6lbs to go to my floor goal for the challenge. So EXCITING! The floor will be met by the end of September or maybe early Oct. The I can work on the mid-range and ceiling goals :D OVER 1/2 to my floor goal already and it's only week 3!!!

Hmm I wonder when I get below 250 will they kick me out of my two 100+ to lose groups hehehehe (I know they would not do that!)

Floor Goal: 250 (13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 6 from now.)
Mid-range: Weigh in at 245 for Thanksgiving with my folks, which is 18lbs from the beginning of the challenge and 11 from now
Ceiling goal: This would be really EXCITING!!!! 28lbs by the end of November which brings me down to 235!!! Wonderful jump start for my journey down to 150!

1st things first. Reach 255 (ALMOST there!) then 250 then onward!
256.0 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

6 by November... too easy! It looks like you're on track to hit near your ceiling goal by the end of the contest. Good luck.

I am so proud of you, and you are right--we would never kick you out! You are always in the club. I'm impressed by your renewed dedication. I know what you mean about going too low with the calories--it seems that when you're eating food that really satisfies it's hard to get the max number of calories in! Great job all in all! ((hugs))
