Man o man it's only lunchtime and I have already sued most if not all of my calories for the day :( guess I need to work out or something tonight though I have no idea when I will have the time!
Edit to add: So I took a 15-20 minute break at work and went out and walked about a mile! Helps a little :D I will go really light on dinner too and I skipped snacks this afternoon (drinking a lot of water and I am not hungry anyway)

OMG--if calories commit criminal offenses, what is the statute of limitations. I have a few calories from the mid to late nineties that I'd like to slap a law suit on. My lawyers will be drawing up papers in the morning! Anybody else want in? It's a class action!
