Okay so I had SAID I was not going to weigh in daily anymore but I took a peek at the scale this morning and I am glad I did!!! Hit a new low and I am hoping this keeps me in the 10 - 30 Challenge!!

Day 16 (Week 3): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST


Week 3 already, can you believe it???

Well I failed at separating myself from Old Man Scale, and I am not sure what is up with him but I showed a pretty little loss this morning!! I am soooo excited! I am so close to 255 I can taste it!!! :) Not quite 255 but less than the settle of 257 so I am quote pleased!

Still not doing as well as I would like ont he walking 15 minutes day. But I will do better this week! Looks like it might be a nice day outside so I will walk today and try and walk at least 4 of my five lunch hours!

Still doing very well with my food choices. Eating a LOT healthier and staying within my caloric intake goals. I actually resisted the giant tub o theater popcorn at the movies yesterday. My hubby and I decided to eat dinner out BEFORE the movie at 4:20 to help avoid the temptation and in truth after the lovely Panera bread meal (I gave my hubby the chips since I KNEW I did not NEED a side to fill me up) the popcorn was not much of a temptation at all.

6.5lbs to go to my floor goal for the challenge. So EXCITING! The floor will be met by the end of September or maybe early Oct. The I can work on the mid-range and ceiling goals :D

Floor Goal: 250 (13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge.)
Mid-range: Weigh in at 245 for Thanksgiving with my folks, which is 18lbs from the beginning of the challenge and 11.5 from now
Ceiling goal: Wouldn't this be FANTASTIC?!? 28lbs by the end of November which brings me down to 235!!! I have not seen 235 in several years!!

1st things first. Reach 255 (ALMOST there!) then 250 then onward!
256.5 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL I have to hide my scale from myself. I keep it in a cabinet out of sight, otherwise I'd be stepping on every 30 minutes.
