hmmm my calories are too low but it's after 7 and I am not hungry Not sure what I should do. I ate decently today....

If you really don't feel like eating, then you could always carry over the extra calories to tomorrow. That way the days will average out to your normal caloric intake. Some people do it on purpose... I think it's called "calorie cycling", but I've never really looked into the pros/cons of it. Hmmm... I guess my weekly cheat meal (up to 1000 calories over normal intake) might be a form of calorie cycling.

LOL, yeah I don't know. I doubt ONE day of 1k calories will kick me into starvation mode, just don't want to do it often.
