Back to induction basics.

I'll try again the Atkins diet. I have the book at home. The first time I did it I was 15 and I could not leave introduction because breaking the diet. I had some health problems such as hair loss and lack of menstruation. I'll try again, now with the help of the group challenge, maybe better.
