Well, it's been 4 years since I was on here last. At one time I was 8lbs from my goal weight. I've been lazy. It's kind of my nature to be lazy, but I'm sure I can get back to where I was and then finish it off. Time and dedication.

Starting up again. When I quit smoking, it took 4 or 5 tries to finally get it done. I figure this is similar.

Well, I've fallen completely off the wagon. I seem to lack motivation, not really sure why. I think I'm letting other parts of life intrude, where I really need to compartmentalize. It's hard.

Still trying to find my full-on mojo, but today has started well so here's hoping for a little momentum. 0g net carbs so far today, and a grilled chicken Caesar salad planned for tonight to stay on Plan.
The best part of Atkins/low carb = the ease of getting back on track.
