Phew.. not as bad as i thought it would be!.. i was prepared for the increase.. so when i saw how much it was i was like ok... i did eliminate most of the mess i made.. and i'm sure some of this is TOM.. some.. not all... just happy i didn't really lose my focus!.. now on to the next ten! :)

in order to hit my goal i'm looking at just over 1 lb a week.. about 1.13 actually. Hoping next week i get a little jump from being off my TOM.. then i can re assess
165.1 lb Lost so far: 31.7 lb.    Still to go: 2.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing great. Don't stress after Aunt Flow leaves things will be much better, LOL. I can wait to see your results next week.....

thank you dionne!... i would love to lose a nice chunk of weight so my weekly goal isn't so much.. but honestly i'll just settle for a loss every week..lol

thanks ladies!... it was like a mini challenge for me.. i really needed to know i could recover from a wknd of not really tracking.. i'm going to vegas in 9 weeks (yes.. goal date number 2)... so i would love to NOT have to track as close.. we'll do a lot of walking i'm sure... and i plan to bring shakes and bars to get me thru the day.. but dinner.. come on.. gotta check out the strip!
