Still weighing exactly the same. Its been 12 days now and no movement at all. Its getting harder and harder to keep on track when you don't see any results. I've increased my swimming from 1 to 2 and now to 3 times a week but still nothing. In my head I know if I keep going it will eventually start moving again but its so demoralising standing on the scales every day and its still the same. I keep thinking I won't weigh myself for a week but I'm drawn like a magnet to the scales every morning when I'm in the bathroom. Today I came out without weighing and then went back again. I'm getting addicted!

I had a similar experience, and I ended up giving in to one high carb meal, then back to the plan 100%. That broke the cycle for me. Like you, I was getting very discouraged and I began cutting calories like you have. looking at your calendar, you have been below 1200 for some time now, sometimes not even hitting 1000. You might try a pasta meal or even just a day when you eat heartily, even if you make good choices, eat lots for a day, then don't give in. Got my fingers crossed that you'll hold out through this plateau because when it breaks, you'll be surprised at how quickly it can drop off. Hugs to you. I know it can be very hard.

Thanks - I'm scared that if I give in and eat lots for a day I won't be able to stop. I've not been hungry at all. I wondered if I had more for breakfast and lunch and not so much for dinner would that make a difference. I do tend to eat the most in the evening, although not late. When I started to plateau I dropped the number of calories I was having but that hasn't made much difference. I don't have much bread or pasta because when I came off stage 1 and started to add carbs, they seemed to be a problem. I'll keep holding on.
