I did it! I'm so excited! I can't believe it. Yes I can! I can believe that this diet really works, and would work better if I don't eat a bite of ANYTHING my son eats (or if I take into my mouth, I should spit it out when he's not looking.).

GREAT job!! Yes, having kids around makes it more difficult, but they too can eat "beachy"! :) I've really changed things in our house, and besides the whole wheat gold fish crackers and some animal cookies for them, (okay and lolly pops which I never seem to be interested in), our house is pretty much beach certified with most of the foods, as "allowable",and boy does that make it much easier to stick to the 'plan'. Keep up the GREAT WORK!!

See, the thing is that my son isn't big on veggies (he's 16 months old.. who the heck is at that age..) BUt I can get him to eat broccoli with cheese sauce, and other healthy stuff... it's that my mom loves to spoil him with all the refined junk. Thanks you guys!!

At that age, my lil ones loved canned green beans, warmed by the handfulls!! =D That and fresh fruits, whole grain cheerios and much more. Not a lot in the way of veggies. But, at that age, they say you need to offer it up to 16 times before they will even try some bites!! Crazy! I know, but so worth it. Mine actually like just plane steamed broccoli with nothing on it and will eat more than 2 tbsp of it, which I found out only a tbsp is enough at their age!!! I was serving them like a 1/2 cup! lol :) Oh well.. they only eat peas and carrots, broccoli and occasionally the green beans... not big veggie eaters, either. Just keep on offering him bites and soon enough, you'll be amazed at what he'll eat up! Keep on kickin' it up!
