down half pound...il take whatever i can...was thinkin about my workouts while i was on the treadmill this morning...an i really think winter time is a better time to try an get the weight off with exercise..as it just seems like theres more time to do a routine...less to do thru the day, so more time to get a routine done...ive noticed i dont get as many steps in per day as i was...and i although im still busy, just not enough time to do all of my exercise i was doing before summer got here...o well...something to work on...hahahah
303.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nodding with ya Mike... maybe there is more opportunity to 'focus' in the winter...less distractions. Well done on the loss... I'd take that anytime...way to go.

Yes, I agree.... summer is just so dang busy and tryin' to work in any and all the fun we can, too! I swear it bout kills me, every year! lol You're doing great, 1/2 lb is 2 sticks of buttah! :)

thanks everyone...i did almost 14,200 steps yesterday..gonna try to get my steps up again..although i have been busier, not been getting as many steps as before..so gonna try an get a longer workout in at the gym...hopin that will help get them last 3 pounds off so i can reset my mini goal again...im sure its going slower cause ive hit that place where the pounds will come off slower...
