So... I need to seriously get back to controlling my eating and trying to reduce weight. After returning back to work the last 6 months, and learning to balance time between that and my (almost)3 and 4 year olds, I really need to focus again on at least getting to "overweight" and not "obese". If I can do that, maybe I can get to a "normal" weight range for once in my life. Babysteps.
Looking for diet buddies. My old cronies either can do it easy, and have lost the weight, or they have completely given up. I need people who find it hard to lose weight, even exercising a lot, but REALLY want to lose weight.
