Blah...
I exercised, I ate right... I dont know!
231.0 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week

You sound like me. I'm at the half way mark and I am eating within my points and going back and forth with a pound. :-< I'm joining a new challenge so maybe that will motivate me to get some excercise in. Hopefully next week I will have the time. ha

Hey shel :) I didn't see anything on your diet calendar. Not sure what you had yesterday, but I know my husband ended up showing a gain this morning (a 1 pound gain from the day before)...and we are blaming it on the chicken sausages we had last night (lots of sodium...and I'm sure lots of water weight). Could TOM be visting soon? Hang in there, stay on track, don't let this deter you! you can do it!

Don't get too down on yourself-- your weight history looks great-- you have come a long way. At my WW meetings, the leader often talks about plateauing and what to do about it-- are you doing FLEX or CORE? Try switching to the other plan. Yesterday, there were 4 people in our group on CORE, and they have all done so well!! I agree with Cheeks, also-- how long until TOM? This whole thing does get so frustrtating sometimes, but hang in and keep fighting the battle and you will win!!

Sometimes a bit too much salt will just cause a water gain. Drink a ton of water, re-evaluate the foods for sodium and chin up! If you are eating right and exercising, you will cycle this right on off, no worries! :)

Shell, you have come so far and should be so proud of yourself.Go back and read journal entries of great days when you weighed in and lost! It may help you focus that positive energy and keep it up!
