I found out about this site from an old, formerly long lost friend, so I am going to give it a try.

I joined Weight Watchers on November 29, 2007 (with a starting weight of 196) after struggling with my weight for the better part of the last 17 years (when my daughter was born!). For about 7 years, I was able to blame the fluctuations on pregnancies as I had a baby every other year.... but now, my kids are 10, 13, 15 and 17, so I can't really call it "baby fat" anymore :).

Since joining, I have lost 28 pounds, but still have about 33 to go to get where I want to. It has been helpful, to say the least, that my husband has not only been supportive, but is actually following the plan and has lost about 35 pounds as well.

Fat Smash and traveling
I need some input.... I am currently doing Weight Watchers, but am thinking about trying Fat Smash. My sister did it and dropped from a size 12 to a 3 really quick. My problem is that I travel a lot for work-- I live out of a hotel approximately 3 to 5 days a week on average. Is this plan something that I would be able to follow with a lifestyle like that? I really want to get this weight off, and what I'm doing right now does not seem to be working for me. Any advice/input is greatly appreciated! Very Happy Also, what kind of exercise does it recommend and how much? I tend to have a hard time being motivated to work out, but I know I have to do it.
