I am planning a higher fiber diet and must exclude eating after the evening meal and cheating with a cupcake or 2 every day. Perhaps a cupcake once or twice a week but better yet, try to find a high fiber dessert, low fat, low or non sugar dessert that will take it's place.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

LOL You're doing great! Put some fiber in them cupcakes! I'll bet there are some good recipes (maybe even here) that have a tasty muffin like cupcake that you can add some fiber to! Keep up the hard work!

Im sure there are some good pumpkin muffin/cupcake recipes out there and more. You're doing fine. 17 lbs gone !!

becareful with the fiber at first. Add extra in slowly. It can cause the most intense pains, lol! Your body just has to get used to it. Good luck!
