well i was really surprised when i got on the scales today and i was down that much..yesterday it didnt show anything really..so had to step off the scales go for a short walk an weigh back in agian..sure enough it stayd the same weight..so that just added onto a great friday..having been in several challanges, ive noticed that when i weigh in, some times the next day it will be down alittle more..so im hopin tomow it shows a little more, but will wait an see..im happy with the 2 pounds...lest im headed down again..an thats great!!!
306.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

sure you have cindyshine..your one of them determined and using all your concentration to picture your goal in your head and of how its gonna be once you hit your goal as well ...or you wouldnt be tryin to get the weight off...true!!!!!

TRUE THAT! i just haven't met a whole lot of ppl completely devoted! i cheat. a lot. i don't even call it cheating. lol i am sure we all have are 'days'...
