It is truly a wonderful feeling, not having the inflamation and edema that eating wheat gluten has plagued me with for so long.
New diet: Pescetarian, gluten-free
215.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
