Still slow but sure weightloss sticking with potatoes, or rice for resistant starch as main meal 4 days each week and then eating fruits and vegetables 3 days.
I'm definately losing inches from the way my clothes feel They don't hurt me anymore. So much more comfortable.

Looking forward to dropping a pant size!
213.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
