End of Week 15, not much to say...gained as I thought...mother nature is also bothering me...just not an all around great day.....at this point I would usually be so frustrated and mad at myself I would quit...and start to eat whatever I want again to ease the pain of epic failure...instead I am about to eat my favorite Quiznos salad and take this week as a lost and try to talk to my husband about how to correct our wrongs and continue going down. We knew there would be ups and plenty of downs....so there it is....I will be back with a game plan and hopefully higher spirits.
342.8 lb Lost so far: 47.6 lb.    Still to go: 162.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey sweetie, Now that is an amazing step in the right direction. We all fall down, we just have to pick ourselves up. Holidays are bad sometimes. Yeah, just go back and check what you have been eating for the last week or so and then change it. How is your exercise coming along? I am sure being more active will counter act the calories. In the words of a friend of mine, "Burn and Firm....Burn and firm..."
