At this level of caloric intake, my weight loss or lack thereof seems to be more dependent on how much water I drink than anything else. When I drink plenty of water, I lose weight. When I don't, I stall.
166.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 August 2012:
1542 kcal Fat: 54.79g | Prot: 85.09g | Carb: 189.27g.   Breakfast: white tea, atkins day break chocolate shake. Lunch:  Blue Diamond Almonds, Wasabi & Soy Sauce, atkins daybreak peanut butter fudge crisp, subway grilled chicken baby spinach salad. Dinner: blueberries, pineapple, high fiber oatmeal maple, Asian Chicken Wrap. Snacks/Other: almonds wasabi and soy. more...

That's good because that means you are losing not only water but fat in your body. How many oz. of water do you drink daily?
