I was kind of disappointed today when I weighted myself, I haven't lost one gram :( on the plus side I feel a difference in my clothes, more so than I did last week, is this losing inches instead of weight? Anyways, I wont let it turn me down, I really really want to lose weight more than anything and I want to do it right. So I'm gonna stick to induction for 2 more weeks and see if it does me some good. I've been doing cardio every night, plan on buying some winsor pilates dvds.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Make sure your getting enough sleep!

If you are losing inches the pounds will catch up soon. You can stay at 20 grams net carbs and just increase your variety of foods instead of staying on induction. I think in the long-run you will find it more interesting. Don't forget your 3 cups of veggies per day on induction. :)
