My bio changed a bit!!! I gave birth to twin boys back in January 09, my weight at their birth was 220, after 2 months, I got down to 194ish, and joined this site again, I'm now down to 168 and hoping to get back to 145 by this summer!!! I want to have energy for my twins as I'll have double the running around to do : )

HCG - Simeons Protocol buddy out there?
I've taken HCG injections and was on a 800 kal diet, the only way I was able to stay and not starve was with phentermine, can you get it where you get your hcg injections? If you can, go for it, it's gonna help tons.

Hi!!!
I took HCG injections back in 06', they worked really well for me, I took it along with phentermine. My weight has pretty much flunctuated like yours, I was my heaviest at my pregnancy, 220lbs, I'm down to 168 now and hoping to get back to 145 by this summer!! Good luck with everything!

Greek Yogurt
Is it ok to have Greek Yogurt on phase 2 of Atkins?
Everyone is talking about Greek Yogurt, it's low in carbs, but I don't know what's the difference between regular yogurt and Greek.Anyone know?
