Iv been struggling with my weight since 2001 ( i was 135) and i have been dieting since 2003. I have been gaining about 10 lbs a year since then and yes i still try. My husband is watching his calories and i am doing the south beach diet. He started out at 245 and started out at 205.We have both lost weight in the past but hopefully this time will be it. Im SO happy a friend told me about this website because it is REALLY going to help. Im not a great cook and i dont really have an imagination when it comes to food so i am looking forward to trying out several of these recipes!! Please contact me if you want to be cheered on, need help or just want to chat.
