Weird Question for everyone? When you started losing weight did ya'lls hair start getting greasy? I can't explain it but my hair has gotten increasingly greasy since i have started losing weight- weird
154.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No my hair didnt get more greasy but my hair gets oily quickly anyways. I have to wash it at least every other day or it gets oily. If I don't use conditioner that helps. Hmmm Brainstorming here......we lose ketones in our sweat, urine, etc. I wonder if that is why your hair is getting oily? If that's the case every time you wash your hair you are shampooing the ketones out! LOL!!

A change in diet can have a direct effect on your hair. A sudden increase in full fat cheese, milk, cream and butter can do it. Switching to low fat can help.

You are a genius that is it- I have started switching to ranch dressing on my salads and eating 4% cottage cheese every morning and i never would eat milky,cheesy things before!! that is so crazy that's it
